1. Memberships

The products and services available on the WordPress Whale website are available through different memberships. All these products are distributed using the GNU General Public License (GPL).

Some of the products that are sold on WordPress Whale are created by third-party vendors. While all of the WordPress-interactive code of those products is licensed under the GPL, there may be other content, such as images and Cascading Style Sheets (“CSS”) files, licensed under proprietary terms. 2. Product Delivery

As soon as you have completed payment, you will receive immediate access to all available products listed as part of your Membership. 6. Warranty

WordPress Whale gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes, extensions and plugins in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the producer’s sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme design. We cannot give you any guarantee that these products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that.

9. Copyright Claims

Please submit any Copyright Claims to info@wordpresswhale.com describing in detail the product, and or portion of a product that you feel has been infringed upon. Please detail the name of the product, your relationship to the product and how you believe its copyright to be infringed upon, including any references to the License under which it was produced and why you believe the product to be in violation of that License.
